Shipping:

North America: If you live in North America please choose the North American Shipping option at check out.

Local Pickup: If you live in the Lower Mainland of BC we can arrange to have you come and pickup your item(s). We are located in beautiful Ladner BC.

Don't live in North America? Don't worry, we can ship to you using Canada Post! Due to the different costs associated with shipping to different countries, please chose the Local Pickup option at checkout to secure your item(s) and we can get you a quote for shipping as soon as we can. Once you approve the quote we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost. You may also email us to get a quote for an order ahead of time, however, we are not responsible for items selling before we can get you a quote. All items are first come first served.

All items will be shipped with tracking and insurance with Canada Post. Canada Post will transfer shipments to the local carrier in your region for delivery.

All items will be shipped out on the next Friday after your purchase date. If there is any reason that I am unable to ship out on the Friday, I will contact you to let you know when I am able to get your packages out. I am not responsible for any delay in shipping due to holidays or weather.

Please make sure that all of your shipping details are correct and that packages are able to be delivered to your address. If your address is incorrect I cannot take responsibility for that package, nor can I take responsibility for a package marked as delivered by the carrier which is then lost, stolen or misplaced thereafter. If there was an error on my end and the shipment is returned to me, I’ll contact you ASAP and resend the package free of charge.

Customs/Duty

Crits & Bones is not liable for any additional costs to a customer associated with customs or duty. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer this includes all tariffs, taxes, duties, VAT, etc.

Refunds/Exchanges

I am a small business and due to the unique nature of each piece, all sales are final. If your items are damaged in transit please contact me immediately with photos of your piece and I will do my best to help you out. If your package is lost in transit or you are unsatisfied with your piece(s), please reach out to me and we can attempt to work out a solution.

Flaws/Imperfections

All of my items are handmade to my extrmely high standards. However, flaws and imperfections may and can happen from time to time. I try my best to accurately photograph each piece that is for sale so that there are no surprises when you receive your items. When humidity is high, wood absorbs moisture and swells. When humidity drops, wood shrinks. This “movement” is gradual and may cause items to warp, twist, crack or cause splits at seams. I do my best to make sure these issues are as minimal as possible but the possibility of this happening may still happen. If you run into any issues due to the craftsmanship of your pieces please reach out to me and we can attempt to work out a solution.
